Strawberry-Orange Chicken Pasta Salad

2 cups cooked and chilled penne pasta
2 cups cooked and diced chicken (hot or cold)
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup sliced strawberries
2 cups salad greens

Toss all ingredients together. Pour poppy seed dressing on top to taste. (I use Kraft Creamy Poppyseed.)
