8-oz. cream cheese, softened (I use fat-free)
½ cup brown sugar (or equivalent amount of brown sugar Splenda)
1 tsp. vanilla
about ½ cup (or more) Heath Toffee Bits
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in toffee bits. Best if chilled for a while (flavors blend and toffee dissolves so it’s not so crunchy). Stir well and then serve with apple slices.
