1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 pkg. dry salad dressing mix*
1/3 cup finely chopped nuts
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and seasonings. Stir in green onions. Form mixture into a ball and roll in nuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Serve with crackers.
*Use ranch and 1 tsp. dill weed or Caesar and 1/2 tsp. bay leaves)
