Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Fruit Salsa
1 bag frozen mixed fruit or fresh fruit
4 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP lemon juice

Cut fruit into small pieces and add the sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Cinnamon Chips
3-4 tortillas
cinnamon and sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Cover both sides of tortillas with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and place in a 400 degree oven. Cook 5 minutes on each side of tortilla. Cut tortilla into wedges right out of the oven and enjoy with salsa.
